Absolutely! Most of our members started as complete beginners. Our fundamentals program is designed to take you from zero experience to confident boxer with personalized attention from Coach Sandhanu.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide all the boxing equipment including gloves and wraps for trial sessions.
We recommend 3-4 sessions per week for optimal results. However, our flexible schedule lets you train as often as fits your lifestyle — even 2 sessions a week will show noticeable improvements.
